  You can refer to the template for preparing your design, if you need design assistance, please contact us.
• Can the segments be customized or fixed?
  The wheel come with fixed segments, you can design the segments to your preferred colour and prize choices.
  
• How do I send artwork?
  Once you finish check out, you will be able to send artwork to: [email protected]
  one of our designer will reply you with a proof to confirm before production.
• Can I have a different sized wheel ?
  Yes. please contact us for quotation of special sized wheel.
• Can I write on the panel with a marker?
  Yes. *Water-based mark pens or liquid chalks are recommended for acrylic boards for easier maintenance
  
• Is it possible to replace artwork at later stage?
  No. It is not easily to replace the graphic on the wheel, we recommend you to purchase a new prize wheel.
  
• How this product is packed?
  This product is packed in one flat carton, approximately 5-10 mins set up time is required.
• Is there any warranty?
  The stand come with 1 year structural warranty, however there is no warranty on the printed wheel.
