- BBA’s design or sales team will reach you to discuss the design idea and prepare for design and mock ups.
- Size Measuring (you will need to drive the vehicle to us) and Artwork finalizing.
- Installation appointment booking. (within 1 week after payment and artwork approval)
- Clean your vehicle and send it to our factory. (1 full day is needed unless we advise for less or more time consuming)
- Vehicle ready for collecting.

- How much does it cost?
BBA provides design, print and installation of vehicle wrap service. The wrapping options can be from simple letter cuts and body decals, to partial and full car wraps.
The listed prices are for general guides only, and the price for your vehicle signage may vary.
We provide quotation base on your vehicle size, shape, surface condition and demand of area coverage.

- How long will it take?
Depending on the scale of the work. Generally, customers spend around 1 week to confirm design work, after then we receive payment and the artwork approval.
It will take around 4-5 days to prepare the graphic/contents, and you will receive a communication from us once the graphic is ready. We will confirm with you the installation date and estimated hours/days that we require the vehicle to stay at our factory, normally 1-2 days in our factory unless we advise less or more time required.

- What should I do to prepare the vehicle wrap?
A clean vehicle is essential when wrapping a vehicle. We always ask our clients to give their vehicle a good wash removing all dirt and grime before bringing their vehicle in.

- How long does the wrapped content last?
For vehicle letter cuts and body decals on flat surface, polymeric self-adhesive vinyl is used: 3-5 years.
For partial wrap and full wrap, the vehicle sign is printed on high-grade cast vinyl with cast lamination: 4-7 years.
Aluminium composite panel is also used for Ute tray signs. Vehicle signage will last 3-10 years depending on the grade of vinyl used. The best way to increase the longevity of a vehicle wrap is to look after it carefully. Horizontal vehicle signage is damaged by heat and UV more than vertical vehicle signage. Keep the vehicle and the vehicle signage out of the sun and wash it regularly to increase the vehicle signs’ lifespan.

- Do I need to pay for design / mock up?
Yes, a charge from $100-$500 for preparing design and printable artwork for you, cost depending on the workload, and we will give you a quote once we receive your contents: logo, phone number, wording etc.

- Can I supply artwork?
Yes, if your graphic designer has designed your van sign artwork in vector files, high-quality pictures, we should be able to use it.
