• Is this projector easy to install?
  Yes. you will receive the item with screws for fixing the projector, the device comes with holes screws to go through.
• What are the artwork colour options?
  You can design a full colour artwork, please accept the colour variance caused by either the light or environment.
• How big will my logo be projected?
  There is a formula to calculate the size of logo:  logo diameter = projection distance *0.36
  For example, if the projecting distance is 3meters, the projected logo size will be 3000mm x 0.36=1080mm
• Does the projector rotate the image? or does it stay in the same spot?
  Yes. There are two modes: it has options for both. A remote controller is included in the package for you to switch the modes.
• Is this projector waterproof for outdoor use?
  It depends on the option you choose. We have both internal use version and external use version available.
• Can I change the logo easily?
  Yes. you can purchase extra Lens and open the front cover to swap Lens
• What is the colour feature of this device?
  It has a silver or black version and we will dispatch randomly based on the stock availability. You can select the options from the dropdown choices.
• Do I need to run special power to use this projector?
  It comes with an in-built transformer and normal 240v plug, so simply plug in and play.
• What is the turnaround time if I make an order?
  You will need to wait for around 2 weeks to dispatch after we confirm your order and receive the approval of the artwork.
• Can I use it in an outdoor environment during daytime? 
  Yes. Choose the 50W or higher wattage options, it works if the external sunlight is not too strong or if the projecting position is dark and not facing the sunlight. Please refer to the above video for reference.
  No. If the sunlight is super bright and there is no shadow or dark area available.
• What is the warranty for the Logo Projector?
• The Logo projector has a replacement warranty for 12 months.
